These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KISO website, products (including Smart Manager and Study Groupio), and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You agree to use KISO services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of our platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on KISO platforms are the property of KISO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Product Services

Smart Manager and Study Groupio are provided subject to their respective product terms. KISO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KISO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
